Online Product Management with Shopping Cart and Payment Gateway Intigration

A project with following facilities. 1. User Side * User registration * Manage Own Profile * View Products Displayed * Select Product to Buy * Make Payment through Credit Card * Member's Area, Post message / See message posted by Admin 2. Admin Section * User Management (2 types of users, India base and Out side India) Software will decide useing country - IP (Admin will make (Indian) users active, till then they will remain suspended) * User Logs (Who, When, Where, What, Visited Pages, Products Purchased etc...) * Product Management : * Products Catagory Managemnt * Products Sub Catagory Management * Products (All Products will have Code, Image, Larger View, Title, size, small Description, Cost (in costing, if Indian user - he will see Price in Indian Rupee and outside India client will see US$ pricing) Both price will be feed by admin while adding product.) (Display of product: Only selected products will be shown to Indian Members, products purchased by indian member will be removed from list of India's product list, but will be still available for outside India members. All Images of product should maintain one given size, and diff. size of image should be maintain Aspect Ratio.) * Messages : 1. News letter system 2. New Member Registration mail to Admin and also to Member 3. Activation mail to Indian Member, after activated by admin 4. Sell of Product mail to Member as well as Admin with product code, Catagory, image, amount etc... 5. Special message for perticular member * Currency Converter : Admin can Set rates for US$ to INR and can change when required. 3. Integration with PAYPAL Should be good in look, user friendly and easy to managable.
