Presashop configuration for my business need - open to bidding

I am currently looking for a low cost e-commerce solution (Better web hosting), that can help to manage the Inventory and order process for a small CCTV product sales business. The product will be sold by 4 different channels as defined in section 2. The system should be able to consolidate and manage the inventory and order process for the orders generated by each channel. I am planning to use Prestashop, but not sure if that will be able to handle following business need. Can you please suggest if that is feasible and how much would it cost me. - Shipment tracking mechanism with courier services in India i.e. DHL, Fedex etc. - Cash on delivery functionality - Order import from flipkart, ebay and amazon
