New PHP Project

We are currently drafting the specs for a new project which will commence development in January 2006. We would like expressions of interest, with details of your PHP and web development skills and past projects. URLs to past projects (and contacts if possible) and details of your involvment would be appreciated. Our project is to be be developed from the 'ground up'. We are not looking for 'off-the-shelf' programs. An excellent understanding of English is critical.
