Opencart options synchronization between few sites

Another developer wrote a code inside catalog>model>checkout>[login to view URL] and admin>model>catalog>[login to view URL] to synchronize few sites (different sites, not multistore). It works great with products without options, It synchronize when a customer buy something and when we update the stock inside admin area, but the problem is with options, we couldn´t find the way to synchonize options. Now I installed a new extension that creates a Sku for every option. What I need is someone to modify the code to fix my problem with options because with this new extension now every option is like a different and unique product.
