Clients would need to log into this website and it would be home to vidoes, templates of Facebook pages and a programme to allow users to build their own facebook templates in a wyswig format - no coding needed on their parts and then to upload them to thier facebook pages. There would also need to be something to allow clients to pay. So in short it's a site that users will be charged to use the free wysiwyg Facebook page builder and learn how to promote their Facebook page with the help of social media. I do not need it extremely fancy but something eyecatching and fun and bright rather than a plan dull site. I would appreciate it if you could let me have a quote on the cost and also the time scale.
