Hi sir, I am an electrical engineering department senior student, you want a breakout board for arduino nano to rearrange the pins od the nano, you want to add some resistors and capacitors, for the pins I recommend you terminal blocks with screws to tighten wires to the board, I can do this job as you require, the budget is very low because I am making clients now, and I assue you that you will get satisfied with the results, i will submit you gerber files needed for manifacturing. Hello, I have experience developing with devices for mass manufacturing, currently I make 5 electronic pcbs for commercial purposes, developing Hardware and firmware, I use Eagle for PCB design but if you want I can use any other Cad and if you want you can migrate from a basic microcontroller to an arm microcontroller.
