Hi, I would like to have a website, which provides marketplace for people-to-people loan. The borrower post a message specifying how much money is needed at what interest rate, and when and how the repayment will be made, inviting lenders to loan money who are satisfied with the terms and conditions of this loan.. Special conditions of the Project ================================= Since I have limited knowledge in php, mysql, java and other programming aspects, I should be able to access your development environment to see what’s going on my project and provide reasonable comment and idea in a non-intrusive manner. Once this project is completed, the developer needs to install this programs to a website(currently inactive) that I will designate. 10% of fee will be paid at the beginning of the project after demo, 60% after the working prototype is presented and approved, and 30% will be paid after the installation is completed and tested. I don’t expect million dollar product and services, but at least worth of the money that’s spent. Basic Modules ============= 1) Member registration. ------------------------ a) Lender i) Basic info such as, User ID, password, name, email etc b) Borrower i) Basic info such as, User ID, password, name, email etc ii) Picture iii) Education (high school/junior college/college/master’s Degree/Ph.D) iv) Years in the current job field (dropdown list grouped as <1yr/1-2yr/2-3yr/3-4yr/4-5yr/5 or more yrs) v) Years residing in the current address ( grouped same as job field ) vi) Years of holding the current bank account ( grouped same as job field ) vii) Years of current home ownership ( grouped same as job field ) viii) Annual income ix) Credit Score, if available c) Maintain feedback points based on the feedback from the borrower/lender for the successful lending/repayment. Whenever userID is shown in the system, it should always display the feedback point. 2) Posting loan invitation by Borrower. --------------------------------------- The posting must include picture of the borrower, usage for the loan, loan amount, interest rate, repayment term, posting end date, etc a) Show members personal information, and other borrowing history/activity if the borrower’s userID is clicked b) “Ask to the borrower” link that leads to the question/answer area for lenders and borrower regarding this posting c) Borrower can save the unfinished loan invitation posting to be submitted at later time 3) Replying to loan invitation by Lender. ----------------------------------------- The posting must include interest rate the lender is charging. a) Show list of bids placed by various lenders just below the borrower’s proposal. Only bid with interest rate lower than the borrower’s initial rate should appear on the list. b) If the new bid by a lender has higher interest rate than the current lender rate, the new bid is ignored, and should not appear on the reply list. c) Show other lending history/activity by the same lender if lender’s userID is clicked 4) Payment system and others to handle transactions and admin ------------------------------------------------------------- The payment system should collect the money from the lender/borrower and transfer it to the borrower/lender a) Upon successful completion of the loan posting, both the borrower and lender receive emails. The lender’s email contains a link leading to the payment system. The borrower’s email contains a link leading to a form download site. b) The borrower sends the form to our Finance Dept with his signature. c) Once the money and loan agreement form is collected, Finance Dept sends the money to the borrower, mails the form to the lender. d) Borrower leaves the positive feedback to the lender. Lender leaves the positive feedback to the borrower when loaned money is paid back. e) Administration screen to check the status of loans, memberships, feedback activities, daily sum of closed loans.
