Looking for Applescript automation for podcast editing

Looking for someone to develop a quick Applescript that will help me automate my podcast editing & upload to Libsyn, my podcast provider. I have very simple audio that only needs a few out-of-the-box effects from Audacity applied to it. The entire process normally takes me about 18 minutes. I'd like to cut it down as much as possible. I attached a document that has almost every step I have to follow in this process. I'm looking to automate everything between steps 4-26. 'm not familiar with Applescript so I want to know what's possible/plausible. In other words, I know I'm asking for the moon and the stars, but I'll be happy if I get at least a star! I'm also open to changing my process as needed to help with the automation. I have two other podcasts I can automate if this works, so we can discuss further if this job is done well.
