Email Web Application

I need an email web application that does multiple things. First it must do typical email functions such as compose/send/receive/forward. The inbox must include basics like delete, spam, move to file, etc. Also saved drafts and sent history . It must have a text editor and be able to attach files and must have a contact (address) manager. Basically very similar to most email providers like yahoo.com. I would also like the option to send to mobile devises SMS. This program must have an email manager function that allows the user to create and manage email accounts attached to their domain name. Must have the ability to forward to another email address and set time limits in their inbox before messages auto delete. Must also be able to set limits within each email account regarding storage, attachment size and allowable number of sent emails per month. I will also need an internal mail feature that allows members to communicate with other members within the website. I will need mobile apps that allow a notification to be sent for each message within the internal mail system. The app should allow the user to enter their back office to view the message. I will also need a timed event autoresponder system very similar to www.aweber.com. Will need a list manager function that allows the user to setup list names/campaigns. Create follow up emails and schedule delivery times. Will need the ability to track opens, click through, and unsubscribe. Also must move a subscriber if a call to action is achieved, the subscriber must be sent to a different list. All subscribers will be required to use a double opt in process. Must include a couple template options with name, email address, and custom fields. Also each user must have a usage statistics section to view sent emails, storage, etc. I will need the ability to set limits via the admin section for all users. I must have full control of all users via the company admin section. This program must fully integrate with Amazon s3 - SES email servers.
