php script modification

Hello, I need a modifcation of a php script, this script does the following, there are forms generated from fackend with an id, when this forms are sent, they leave a back-end log, where users (created from backend too) can access to see the logs, and export them to excel. This backend olso have a filter, so the backend user can filter what form he want to see the log, this filter consists on form ID field (logs from x ID form) and time / date field (logs from x time and date to xx time and date). The modifications are the following: 1-The script is working the following way, When the window to write the comment (front end form) is opened, user can write comment and then save, that's then the log in back-end is saved. I need it the following way, When it is opened saves the log automatically in back-end, then when the user writes the comment and save it modifies the log saved adding the comment, if user does not write anything and closes the window, the log remains saved in back-end. 2-In the back-end where the log is, in the filter (by time and date), i want it to be a pop up calendar (no window, must be by css, ajax or something) to select date, this calendar must be in spanish or easy to fully translate and a drop down for the time (drop down for hours, drop down for minutes) 3-When the form is sent, the time and date of the form is saved in the backend log, because of server reasons there is a time difference of 3 hours, i need this to be corrected from the script by time zone.
