Simple PHP/MySQL ajax script

Hi, I have two tables in MySQL table (please see attached sql file). Clinic - Clinic ID (Autoincrement, PK) - Clinic Name ClinicKeys - ClinicKeyID (Autoincrement, PK) - Clinic ID (Foreign Key from Clinic Table) - Text - Lastupdated I need a simple php/jquery/ajax script that allows me to do the following: - Add key to ClinicKeys table - Delete key to ClinicKeys table - Edit key to ClinicKeys table (When I say edit, I mean amend the clinicid field, as well as text field. It would be best that when amending clinicid field, you also show me what's the clinicname attached to clinicid). The design is not important as this is just for internal administration. Just need it to work on FireFox/Chrome. Thanks
