311041 CSS Template

I have a current website that I need to change so that I can manage it with Joomla. It is not a complicated layout, its just that I have very little experience with CSS and layers etc. I would also need help after you have made the template with other sections that I want to upgrade on the site. I am currently moving the domain from windows hosting to linux. I found that there were more applications built for linux than windows available. As an example, I may want to install a dating section to my site, so I would need you to help me install it and then make the layout look the same as the rest of the site etc. I basically need someone that I can stay in contact with and that can help me on an ongoing basis and I pay you for tasks that I need done. I know its normally one or the other, but someone with both design and programming skills would be great.
