366251 Finish PHP application 2

I need a PHP professional/expert to finish an application that is 90% programmed. Its a real estate management system. Prefer someone who has previous work experience with real estate applications and MLS database. Very few points need to be covered from the original scope. I am listing some of them for the programmer to have a basic idea of what kind of job it would be 1. Registered users will be logged in automatically on their next visit. 2. PHP cron job to send new property listing via nightly email job. 3. Currently, the system is set up so agents can send message from the admin and users receive the message when they login into their account. So the users part has to be set up so they can receive messages when they login. 4. cronjob that will backup the database and email me the dump of the database for offsite storage and we need to verify that it gets all the data and the final structures or I need to schedule remote backup and have a way to download that backup on a weekly or daily basis for archival Looking forward for best and cost effective bids. I already spent a lot of money to get this far and the programmer could not finish it as promised. Thanks
