Now I need the following improvements: 1 - creation of a variable for putting a link to the webbased version of the newsletter. in other words, as some time some people could have difficulties in clicking on the links because they don't have a html email client, we will put on the top of the newsletter "if you cannot see properly the newsletter, click on the following link ....... Note, it would be better if we can create a shorter version of the link url, otherwise if the link url is to long in some email clients there is the risk it will be divised in two lines. 2 - automatic creation of 2 newsletters at the same time with 2 different templates - some people doesn't download emails to big. For this people (that we can track with another program) we could have a second newsletter with a simpler template that could be created at the same time that we create the first one. This creation shoul be automatic in order to help the syncronization. My idea is to have in the newsletter panel at [login to view URL] one or more links with "alternative copies of the newsletters". Obviously, if we insert a link to the webbased version of the newsletter also in this newsletter, it should point to the complete version above.
