328798 Form & sendmail script

Hi, thanks for looking at my project! This is for a sendmail that will send form info to an email address that will be specified by the user. The email address will be assembled from a text box (the email account name) plus a dropdown box (the email domain). The idea is to send a message to a cellphone, so the text area will be a number like 3605551212, and the domain will be selected from options with values like "[login to view URL]". What we need is this: You set up a hidden invisible DIV on our page, which contains a “send to mobile” form similar to what is found at: [login to view URL] (Click on the “send to mobile” link on the right to see what I'm referring to) You don't have to worry about the popup window functionality, just the basic form DIV. As you can see, the DIV takes the telephone number and adds it to the correct email domain for each carrier's SMS service. If you look at the source code of the file: [login to view URL] You will see that it contains all the correct domains for each option. We will want to use these. Once this is done, I will add the correct code to the DIV so that the vehicle info is passed through as “hidden” variables in the form. Then, I need you to write a simple sendmail script that will take the form action and send the vehicle info (the hidden variables on the form), along with a bit of standard text, to the correct email address (the phone number + correct domain, as selected by the user from the drop-down). Just to clarify: The desired result of this project is a script that will send an EMAIL. The email address will consist of the phone number entered on the DIV (i.e., 3605551212) plus the email domain of the drop-down option selected (i.e., [login to view URL]). The content of the email, specified in the sendmail script, will consist of the hidden fields of the form (I'll take care of making sure they are propagated properly) plus some text. It's actually very simple. This project should take an experienced programmer 2-3 hours, probably less.
