36995 paypal subscriptions and mods

I have a freelancer script which I purchased from SoftBizScripts. I need the per project fees for programmers taken off and instead it needs to be a monthly subscription via paypal. For the webmasters, there will be no fees, but would like to offer a featured listing upgrade at the time of posting. This would also be paid by paypal at the time of posting. (The script already has featured listings. You don't need to setup this feature, just offer upgrade and collect money via paypal if the webmaster wants to upgrade). I would also like to have an feature escrow added to the site, whereas the programmer can see any funds that are escrowed for him/her. Please PM me for the URL if you want to see it before you bid.
