288690 rotating url script

Hi, need a very simple script created and installed. I will provide graphics for the "look" of the software. All it needs to do is evenly rotate any number of urls to display when someone clicks on a set url and mask the main url to always display the same. For example, if I wanted to evenly promote ten different websites with ten different headlines to see which one does the best, I could send people to "one" url and each time the link is clicked, the next one of the ten will be displayed, but the url would stay the same. I would need to have up to 50 different urls to rotate. I created a simple graphic to show what the end product would look like. Please do not just reply with a bid, but explain 'how' you plan on doing this project. If you think this would work better in a different language than php, I am open to hearing about it.
