Improve and change Access Database to publish in intranet

Currently, our customer have an MS Access database done. But they always face the following problems: 1. Unable to import in csv files extracted from other website or created by users. Even if imported, some functions may not be able to perform properly. 2. Poor search ability and rigid filters 3. New online registration system will allow multiple user logins with different level of access. Users will be able to select type of activities. 4. Able to print out printer friendly web reports 5. Easy navigation without multiple links. Ideally, one click to do the job. 6. Able to archive database and start a fresh one with a new csv file import users can upload themselves without any assistance. 7. Service provider winning the project will be provided with the Access database to improve and change to online database. Format of the csv files will also be provided.
