PDF document [SERVER SIDE]

Hi... This system can be coded in ASP or PHP (you decide). I'm OK with both, as long as the final solution have the needed functions. Also I have linux & windows hosting space... so both languages are fine. Basically... I have a PDF document... I want to edit it on the fly, then generate the new PDF (online) after modifications. So...I guess this application will utilize server-based PDF components More details is in the attached file. Have a look and let me know if you have questions.
