Simple ASP Cart

I need a very simple Cart made in ASP, for a site i have. Basically i need 2 sections: 1 Client section and 1 Admin section. In the client section there's a form for registered users to login, and then they have a link to the product list, a link for search, and a link for CART. The Products will show a list with: reference, description, quantity available, a form to enter quantity of order and a button to add to cart. The search link will search either references or words in the description. The cart link is obvious, will show the products added to the Cart. When the user clicks CHECKOUT an email is sent to me and another to the user, and the quantities must be imediately updated. In the admin panel i must have a link to update the stock. The stock must be updated with an xls file or csv file. the file has only 3 columns: reference, descriptio, stock. If a reference allready exists then the stock must be updated. If it doesnt exist then the reference must be created. I also need a link to create new users ( just a login and password for my customers ), and a link to list all products and the available stock. This is it for now, later i will need some improvments, so whoever gets this job will get more work at a later stage. I need this done ASAP, you can use any available cart system done in ASP, free of course, but i want to keep it simple, so the database can be MS access fro now.
