Survey/Poll Site

I need a script that will do the following: 1- Must be bilingual English and Spanish 2- Allow users to register 3- Points will be awarded after completion of Survey/Poll. If all answers are correct points will be awarded. 4- User can retake the Survey/Poll if answers are incorrect but questions must be different. 5- Admin can enter up to 10 or 20 questions/answers. The Survey/Poll will have 5 random questions. 6- Admin should manually add points or remove points to any user. 7- Points will be redemed for products. 8- The Survey/Poll will be sent via email. 9- The site should also have an option to create different admin users on the control panel with different levels. This will be an addon to an existing web site and the layout is already done. We will provide the design in HTML format. We will help with the spanish translation. This will be for a windows server using SQL. We are open for suggestions. Timeframe 10 Days.
