After the search has been completed an option for booking the availability should be given. When that option is clicked it should go to the next stage of the booking where by the agent will take down the customer personal details using a form, this will include full name, dob, address, where they are traveling to. After the form has been completed the next stage should be a summary of the entered data with the option chosen, which should then give the agent the opportunity to amend any errors made. The next stage would be to give full price and customer details with chosen option. At this stage the money will be taken and booking should be completed, but an option to added other booking such as car rental or sightseeing tour should be availably. All bookings should follow these stages (car rental, hotel, holiday home, sightseeing tours). As for the booking of sightseeing holidays it should be searched by date and city only and then booked. Holiday homes, cars, sightseeing location and hotels should be allowed to be added, edited or deleted by the admin not the agents. Agent should be given an ID number and a password. The system should allow the password to be changed when necessary by admin or agent. The system should allow new agents to be added, deleted or edited by the admin only. An interested agent who wants to become a member will need to first complete a form which will be send to admin e-mail and stored in the database. There should be a sales report section open to only the admin. This section should contain sales information (i.e. Total sales in pounds ₤, total number of sales) A receipt must be available to print after each transaction. Customer details must be saved in the access database The receipt should also be automatic e-mailed to customer and agent after each transaction.
