A new B2C and B2B Web site that facilitates e-commerce between the public or business and on-line suppliers around the world. The primary service that is offered is an escrow. A buyer should pay an amount of money to escrow (us) prior to placing an order with a supplier over the Internet. Once the payment is secure the supplier ships the goods to the customer. If the customer does nothing, it is assumed that he is happy with the goods and the money is released to the supplier. If the customer is unhappy with the goods he has the option to return them to the supplier, notifying us of this. We will then refund the money back to the customer, instead of paying the supplier. Further more Every time members make a purchase through us they get cash back on all their personal purchases, Moreover, if one or more of their friends or family opens a membership Account with us, they'll earn cash back on all purchases made by these new members. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done This is an on-line WEB based solution. The site's pages should be created in English with support for creations of members account on-line and enable payment of goods bought. The site requirements:  The database should be designed to :  Handle the registration of the customer,  Handle registration of the trader,  Provisions to send email back automatically upon registration giving customer/trader his membership number.  Acceptance of *cash details to create an account ( primary account(Holding account)), *all payment types (cheque-credit card- money order- bank transfer etc.)  Acceptance of details to create a secondary account (spending account)  To contain a list of traders associated with this site with the ability to add new traders when required.  To enable the customer to view his/her shopping history,  History of payments made to the trader after proper delivery of goods, etc.  Status report of current transactions  Provisions to calculate cash back on personal purchases  Provision to calculate cash back on purchases made by members introduced by original member for the benefit of the original member.  Provisions to calculate our commissions.  Provisions for shopping cart  Genealogy of members and commission paid General for our use only.  Page showing genealogy and commission paid to an individual member including genealogy and commission paid on members that he has personally introduced.
