fleetmanagement system via smartphone

for transport company we needed a fleetmanagement system with GPS tracking. so each driver can be followed from the Headoffice, also each driver can communicate via smartphone (eg nokia 600 or higher version) with the headoffice. THe client of transporter can follow his package via transporters website. Client of transport company can visit transporter website and fill in 'departure' and 'arrival' adress (zipcode) and this system count the distance and the costs, than client can decide to let transporter do the job yes or no. ## Deliverables Tested system, incl GPS tracking must work 100%, after that payment will be done ## Platform pls advice us
