Hello Coders,
This project has two parts.
PART 1 (The files needed for this task are in the attached folder part 1)
I need a program that will cross reference two files [login to view URL] and FileExchange_Response_...csv and enter the results in a new file in xls format. The program will take each vale from column "Item ID" of [login to view URL] and search for it in column "Item Number" of FileExchange_Response file. The values that are not found will be copied & pasted in a new file called not found.xls. For example, in column "Item ID" of the attached sample file [login to view URL], there is a value 3003452456 and it cannot be found in column "Item Number" of the attached sample file FileExchange_Response. Therefore the entire row containing the value 3003452456 will be copied and pasted on a new file called not [login to view URL] (see the attached sample file not [login to view URL]).
-----------------------------------------------------------
PART 2 (The files needed for this task are in the attached folder part 2)
Attached is a program called CSV which was developed in MS Access. I need a small modification in the program. Before the program processes the [login to view URL] file, it will first delete the column "ProductIDValue-2" and then process the file as usual. So, the first step is to delete the column "ProductIDValue-2" and then proceed further.
It's a very simple project.
Thank you.
