This project is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) program.
It takes customer calls and records a description of the work they need done. It then phones technicians and assigns them the customer orders.
This system will be fully automated, and run on a Win2k platform.
It uses Dialogic telephony hardware to answer and dial on multiple telephone lines.
There will be a limited use of text-to-speech for information such as account numbers. Uses no voice recognition, so information is stored as either numeric digits or recorded wav/vox files. All outgoing voice prompts will be recorded by our staff, so do not budget time for recording prompts.
The program stores detailed records in a database for both customer transactions and activity logging.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Documentation of both basic program usage and source code, in English. Code must be readable so that other programmers can maintain it.
## Platform
Must run as a system service in Windows 2000.
Uses Intel Dialogic telephony hardware on multiple phone lines.
C++ and VB are both welcome. Delphi is acceptable but not as first choice.
