Visual Studio Plug-Ins

Looking for a jump-starter project I can leverage to create Microsoft Visual Studio plug-ins. Should take advantage and provide simple stub functionalities of all plug-in features (through documented and undocumented, if you know them :)) APIs) of Visual Studio 2003, and 2005 if available on the target machine. Plug-in should be written in C# (.Net 2.0) when possible, and (un)managed C++ otherwise, and should be able to host design and debug-time features common to other VS plug-ins. Should include a setup program (can discuss which setup technology to use.) Developer should be able to demonstrate and/or describe previous VS plug-in experience. Longer-term opportunity is possible - work and payment will be in set of milestones, with higher price as complexity increases. NDA may be required at later projects. [Addendum: When I say "VS Plug-in", I'm talking about the VS extensibility APIs - I do not mean "controls". It is not sufficient to have used Visual Studio - you must have used or at least be very familiar with these particular APIs.] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
