326442 timed banners

[login to view URL] note shows play at scheduled times (see the schedule) [login to view URL] here is what i need i need the header above the player to display the current show name and i need the banners associated with the show to show up only during those shows when there are no banners associated or when no shows are playing then there will be default banners in place notice that there are 3 banner placements 1 120x60 1 468x60 1 275x230 each banner placement has 5 rotation spots for each show but may not have advertising for all 5 spots per placement. so at noon on monday the headline should say Counter Clock Radio the banners for those 3 spots will be about music or bands but at 4pm on tuesday the show will be the lesbian mafia and the banners for those 3 placements will be other advertisers currently our banners are served thru [login to view URL] but they are not timed released hope that was clear enough
