One website page redesigned including text needed

We require the contents of one page of a site to be redesigned to increase conversion ratio, i.e. - layout (repositioning, adding new images, change of any font styles, colours etc.), with designer appreciative of web usability/interface - text content to be rewritten to be more engaging, favourable in SEO NOTE: 1/ Difficulty is that the site framework (i.e. banner and nav at top and left/right is to remain untouched). 2/ There are two sites that need to be re-done, however currently our client only wants to go ahead with one, though unsure which one. Therefore, you must be able to redesign both but when I go ahead this project will be to do only one of them. If needs be, quote me for each individually please (e.g. include second quote in your bid response). See attached file for print-screen of existing content/design of the two sites. Ideally, for me to accept your bid I need to see a portfolio of your work and some proof that it's yours. Deliverables to be a .psd file with reasonably separated layers (you don't need to worry about html'ing), provide me with a .jpg beforehand so when satisfied I can confirm completion of job. As you can see from my rating, I'm a serious buyer. For the chosen web designer, I'll have more work for them hereafter if they are interested. For the copy-writer/designer I also have further work though not as much. Thanks, John ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully redesigned main area page in .psd form which will include any required images and fonts. 2) Deliverables must be in completed format, as follows: a) A final mock-up of it must be shown (e.g. in a .jpg) 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop on Windows
