Recruit tech writers to write whitepapers and articles

This project is for you to act as an editor to recruit, review, edit, format and deliver the work of technical writers to produce well written whitepapers and product comparisons described in the attachment to this project. To accomplish this project you probably either need to be a sysadmin / IT manager / etc., have friends who are, or be able to recruit people on the various online writing sites to do this work. The writers *must be* currently employed as IT Consultants, IT Managers, System Administrators, etc. E.g. a technical writer is not sufficient; the writer must have hands on relevant experience. As an incentive, the writer(s) can put their name and contact information on the papers and articles, but I receive all copyrights and rights to do with them what I want. The whitepapers will be used on a web site that is being launched called techwhitepapers.com. Unlike existing whitepapers, articles, documents, etc. from the commercial software vendors, these are to provide an *objective* viewpoint. The project is to deliver: 1) 5 product comparisons 2) 10 whitepapers The product comparisons should be suitable for converting into HTML pages, but they should also be delivered in DOC and PDF form. The 10 whitepapers should be delivered in DOC and PDF form. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 10 whitepapers as described in the attached document 5 product comparisons as described in the attached document
