169981 Dzoic Social Network customise

This project is to customise the Dzoic social network system ([login to view URL]) there are various features not in the Dzoic platform currently that we need, some of the additional features have been made in php already but need integrating with Dzoic. Dzoic uses the smarty templating engine so experience in both Dzoic customisation and smarty is essential, please provide at least one Dzoic reference, but 3 or more is ideal. This project must be completed and bug free by the end of October, we also require that the bidder's can start work on this project within 48 hours of approval and must have the time to dedicate there skills to this project. Ongoing work is a possibility and will be needed, if the developer provides us with good communication and delivery within timelines you may be approached for further work. Scope of work • Customisation of the templates to fit a new design made in xhtml + css The psd of the design will be coded in xhtml + css and delivered as a working design, you will need to make this work with the smarty templating system used by dzoic • Integration of the Page view tracking script for the donation We need the php script that enters the credits into the database includes in the site [login to view URL] file • Unpopulated search results reporting Whenever a user is face with no results found on the system we would like to have the keywords used reported to the site admin so that the information can be sourced. • Administration functions in the admin consol for new features We require the ability to control all the new systems from the current dzoic admin interface, • Industry related articles a-z This is a database of industry related information displayed in main category's and sub category's, some extra features like alert to admin when the content get close to not being reviewed for 1 year. This will be detailed in the full brief in more detail • Book store This is an Amazon book store populated by the recommended books section of the member's profiles, the main page needs to show the top 10 recommended books • Email blacklist We would like to allow people to stop our network contacting them via email, this will be done by clicking a link that needs to be on all outbound emails, and the user will then have to type their initials to agree not to receive emails from us. Also a page to remove their email from the blacklist in case people decide to join the network at a later date • Tools Simple mathematical tools one has been made already but 4 more need to be made, full details will be given to the winning bidder. • Support section This will have a 3rd party knowledge base script to provide a F&Q section, integration of this and integration of a support ticket panel is needed • Reporting features Dzoic tracks certain metrics but we need to aggregate this into one page so that page impressions, page views, estimated ad revenue can be shown in the admin panel. We have made some mods to the backend of this script to improve this but more work needs to be done to expand it • Help lines This is an online phonebook of help lines that should also use a tag system so they can be shown on relative content pages • Network activity This is a browse section where people can view forums, groups, charity's, videos, music, chat rooms and site content in a easily assessable way, this should use descriptions or the first x characters of the content • My account page This is for members to control every aspect of the account, actions within the system and correspondence with other users via blog comments forum posts. Also announcements from the group the user has joined also events coming soon from the groups they have joined • Donation system This systems allows us to donate money to charity's based on user votes, the system is made but will need modifications to integrate into dzoic, also this page need to display the charity's buy category's and subcategory. An option for user to add a charity to their donation shortlist is needed, also a page where users can select from the users shortlist of charity's the one they would like to vote for this month. • Account removal Currently only and admin can remove a user account, we would like to provide a option to delete an account to our users so they can feel safe that there information can be instantly removed • Events This is to display events that are coming up, it would be nice to show references to the event i.e. group home page, supporting articles, official forums • Solution articles This is a database of solutions that are recommended by industry specialists, it should use a tag system so when content i.e. when an article on a problem is viewed the related and recommended solutions are shown • Site search We need to add support for the extra features like books and articles to this current dzoic feature • Advert control There are some pages that due to other arrangements we can't display conventional ads, we would like to have ad zones applied to the different pages as some pages will have to have internal advert from us and not outside websites • Accessibility option We have a working script that changes the site font size so users can adjust setting for the ease of reading of our users, we will possibly add more functions to this like text background highlighting so a page dedicated to the site accessibility setting is needed • News feed On the members homepage we would like to show rss feeds from Google news that are relative to the groups a members has joined • Chat room main page Each group in the system will have their own chat room, we would like to display the active chartrooms on the main page by categories and sub categories Video testimonials • Our designer is designing a flash page for people to post up their video testimonial about their experience in dealing with their situations. • There will be list of the members, showing if they're online or not. • The video testimonials can be searched from an A-Z of the different situations people face e.g. people giving video testimonials about their experience with certain situations, etc. Requirements Before you bid please make sure you meet the requirements we have • You must have a website that we can see other examples of work on • Be able to start work within 48 hours of project award • Provide daily updates on the progress of the site • Use our server for development (full details will be given on award) Payments Payment is 20% escrow, 50% completed and 30% when we have it transferred
