Export and Import Of Data from one program to another

Small recruitment company ie one man band needs the services of a coder that can extract information from one programme to another and insert the data to another. We have signed up with a software company. called bond adapt. They can be located at: [login to view URL] you can find out what they do This programme is great for searching resumes, applicants, clients as well as prospective clients. Up until now we have been using various programmes, but hopefully this new programme should be the one stop shop for us. One of them is similar to Bond adapt and this is RDB for which I can send you the link and you can download the software. Another programme we have been using is called Microsoft Act which has all the details of clients and prospective clients such as their names, addresses, phone numbers, contact within organisation and notes on activitys etc etc. The final program that I use is Microsoft Outlook. I have a number of resumes that are attached to emails in Microsoft Word Format. Bond Adapt should be able to amalgamate all these softwares into one. What I need you to do is export all this information into adapt. There must be a simple way to get all these files into a legible format so that this new software can just import all of them in a few simple actions.
