ANSI837/835 Claim Formatting Only

Provide VB/VBA code to format data into ANSI 837 formats for EDI transfer of medical billing and testing compatibility of data to Washington State Medicare and Medicaid (and possibly other payors in the future) and the 835 online claim submission report. Data is currently in an MS-Access97 database. Billing information may soon be available in a flat file format. Programer's job is to provide VB code to format the output of said data to the ANSI 837 and 835 formats. Programer should be familiar with the ANSI 837 and 835 formats (ASC X12N) or willing to figure it out on your own. ASC X12N is tedious but not complicated. A zip file of the working database is attached (minimal patient data has be left in database and informtion has been scrambled). HIPAA info: ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows 2000 Database resides on a Novell network
