P2P Application

I looking to set up a P2P application and website, I want my users to be able to download and install it and then use it it will mainly only be used by me and my freinds, i will do logos and imagery myself i just need someoen to do the codeing of the p2p application examples are: Kazaa iMesh Napster I&'m open to bids from new programmers.
