Company Order Database

Company needs a database that stores a product list, customer list, purchase orders, and invoices. Product list contains product number, description, unit price, customer name, and packing configuration. Customer list contains customer name, address, tel number, fax number, and remark. Purchase orders list contains order number, order date, customer name, product number, description, unit price, quantity ordered, and quantity shipped. Invoice list contains invoice number, invoice date, customer name, shipping vessel name, port of loading, purchase order number, product number, description, unit price, quantity, invoice total value, and invoice paid status. For purchase orders list's data entry form, product description and unit price are fetched from the product list by entering product number. A subtotal for 1 product item entry is then calculated for showing reference. A purchase order total is calculated for showing reference as well. Purchase order number and date are entered manually. Customer name is fetched from customer list. For invoices list data entry form, purchase order number and product number are entered manually and corresponding description and unit price are fetched from either purchase order list or product list. Invoice number, date, shipping vessel name and port of loading are entered manually. Customer name is fetched from customer list. A printable version must be generated. Reports for outstanding orders and invoices are needed as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Access, Web access (MySQL)
