extention of Crafy Syntax live chat script

We have a customerchatscript (<[login to view URL]>). An operator can initiate a chat. There is also an automated inivitation but the rules are a bit simple. There should come a more sophisticated rule engine for the chat. In the rule engine one can set rules when an automated invitation is set. What we want is an external rule-engine in php/mysql and javascript. The rule-engine should support two main mechanismes A) Scoring based on points. Points are given when certain events appear. Events could be visiting certain pages (the number of points could be differ for eacht page) Revisiting a site is another event. a specific refering url or a keyword in a search string of google, msn, yahoo. The points should be saved in the database and update when the score changes. B) Based on a big-event. A big-event could be a combination of events occuring. This could be starting a form but going out halfway. Being on the site for more than x-minutes without going to a specific site. To complicate things we want to have a user_id in cookie and a session-cookie. Based on the complete profile or a session the rules should be applied. Visiting a certain page in combination with a certain score level could be a big event. visited a certain combination of urls. a page should be identified by (a part of) the url and all urls-identifiers should be insert in a database. So there should be a admin to create the rules this should be in php/mysql and clientsite script in javascript/php/mysql/ to collect the data and to invite a person for a chat. This invitation should be the invitation screen of the chat script. The script should be started via a small code that can be put on every site, also in a cms like joomla. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php, javascript, (ajax?), <[login to view URL]>
