looking for solid team for ongoing abroad projects

This bid is not directly related to any urgent project but here i want to build SOLID relationship with a team of talented designers and coders who will work for me on my abroad projects. Here is a deal. 1] I have my X-Client in US who takes projects from there and forward them to me to get them done from India. 2]I have already finished 2 projects recently but then i noticed hiring coders from different places for the same project is very tough n difficult job to handle. 3] So now looking forward to build relationship with coders who can give me everything(from design to high end coding)under one roof. what i am looking for is, Graphic designer(Fine Arts degree), HTML/CSS/JAVA script designer, PHP-MySQL, ASP and c#.NET,Joomla/Drupal experts, Flash expert with action scripting. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
