Online Event Entries

I currently do computerized timing for track and field / cross country sporting events. I am looking to expand my business to include online entry for events. I am in need of a PHP front-end and MySQL database backend to provide an online registration for at least 2 different types of users. One user type will be the event manager who will create the event, specify the pricing, specify the end date for online registration, and other things. The other user type will be the athletes, whether it be a team registering each athlete or individual athletes signing up for events. Once an event ends, I will need the database entries exported to a text file with a semi-colon delimited format so that it can be imported into the trang and field software we use. Future needs will include PayPal or other CC payments and other things as the web site grows. Please contact if you think you can assist so that we can further discuss the details. Notice how simple and easy to use it is. That is ultimately my goal for my site. I don't mind if someone can copy the format of that site. I have an online database creating script. If possible, maybe it can be modified to fit my needs.
