Online Payment Processing Solution

We are looking to develop a system that allows individuals to keep track of their bills and make payments either one-time or on a schedule. We will need the following functionality: -User accounts with profiles -Users can input multiple vendors to pay -Users can set up EFT from current bank to fund account -Payments can be made3 directly to vendors that allow it, otherwise a report is generated and the company will disburse payments in check form -Users can see payment/transaction history THIS IS A REQUEST FOR BALLPARK QUOTATIONS - We will negotiate with our customer for the final bid details. -------------------------------------------------------- Q&A from interested parties: ------------------------------------------------------- **1. Will the vendors will already be there in system ? or how they will get added? I mean something like Federal Bank, Other EFT details? Explain. **Not sure how this will work, we are open to input at this stage. We will definitely need a way for the user to input their vendors with account info, pmt amounts and so on. **How do we identify (or you will enter vendors yourself) if they receive EFT, if not company = website owner will pay it, and get it from user? Explain.** Initially this will be on a case by case basis with our customer doing the leg work. I would think that we need to make the vendors already in the system available as choices to new signups and have a mailing of new vendors added to send to existing users. **Also, the EFT will be done by 3rd party payment gateway and has to be signed up by the website owner. ** Good point, we will need the ability to interface with the chosen gateway (our customer will decide this) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2003 Server with IIS6, MS SQL, MySql, PHP, Perl, etc...
