PSD to Wordpress, simple 2-column theme

I have a layered PSD that needs to be coded into a fully functional Wordpress theme. It is nothing fancy, a quite simple 2-column design for my personal blog(I am a freelancer myself, and working for clients leaves me too little time to handle my own stuff, so I'll leave this up to somebody else). It will basically have no extra features, but I require clean, valid code, wordpress compliance(obviously), a widgetized sidebar... I will use some plugins, but I will install and configure those myself, you'll only have to make sure I will be able to do that. At this phase I will require you to show some previous RELATED work and a price. I will give a full detailed brief with some images(main&post page) of the design to shortlisted coders, and the .psd to the winner. I will make a choice based on experience and price. I'm on tight budget for this one, but I plan to design&sell a lot of templates and themes(I already have some more upcoming work), so if I like your work and you have e decent price there will be a lot more similar projects for you. If you have questions or anything, please let me know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
