Wallpaper Gallery Script

I need a code that will allow me to update my website - <[login to view URL]> - in a way that is more automated than it currently is (through pure .html). Gallery pages (note there are many different categories) should look the same, but newer wallpapers should be listed on the first, not the last page (I prefer to have eight thumbnails on a page). I'd like to avoid having a static page for every series listed, if possible. The trickier part I want involves the artists' listings. Instead of simply linking to their e-mail addresses when putting their name under the wallpapers they create, I want clicking on their name to open to a new page, displaying all the wallpapers that that specific artist has created (again, creating multiple pages if they have made more than eight). If possible, I would like artists to have the ability to log in to their specific page and add in personal information and comments about their wallpapers-- an example of how I've done this with .html is here-- <[login to view URL]> . But if that is too difficult, I would understand (I need to know when you give me your bid whether or not you could accomplish that part). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
