Flash animation of photoshop layers

Flash animation of Photoshop layers, with some Action Script. Coder must be highly skilled at file size management. Follow the clients instructions to create a short into animation for the web site. The Animation is simple and clients directions very precise and straight forward. No redrawing is required, all animated characters and background elements to be used in Flash file are provided in the Photoshop file in separate [login to view URL] problems you will encounter with this animation relate to the photo shop files, which are huge.(will place download link for winning bidder) Previous attempts to create this intro animation have involved the coder importing the photo shop layers into Flash and then using “trace bitmap?? , which of course have made the file size totally unusable. Possibly a solution is to import the various Photoshop layers as PNG’s on transparent backgrounds into Flash, convert these to graphic symbols and then animate? Also possibly then splitting the various animated elements into separate load moves that load / unload into the main background scene swf? But Whatever way you choose to handle this project is fine, as long as the end result is an animation that loads instantly, weighs less than 300kb and follows the clients instruction document EXACTLY, which is included in the attachment.
