Flash MP3 Player from XML list & more

I need someone to create a flash mp3 player which streams audio from my website. I need the following things done. <p><b>1. player will play songs from an xml playlist <br>2. 3d equalizer will be for the current song playing <br>3. the number of listeners will display in the player <br>4. the name of song, and time played/remaining will be visible <br>5. a skip to previous, stop (or pause), and next button will control the radio <br>6. the ad space will call on a php or javascript code to populate the ad area. </b> <p>Here is the final result i want it to look like: <br><img src="<[login to view URL]>"> <P>I have an adsystem already intact, so i just need to call on the application using php or javascript (it can be done either way) I have been quoted $100, so if you can bid below that, ONLY then you need to respond.
