Flash Video Player

We are looking for a Flash developer to create and modify a Flash player that plays flv files. You will start with an open source player such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], and will modify it according to our specs to look and work kinda like the youtube player. We basically need a complete rehaul of the flash player look and feel. We will need 2 versions of the flash player. The only difference between the two will be that we will need our logo embedded in the second player. Most of the functionality will remain the same as the open source player, but we will need thumbnails of related videos at the end after the player is done playing the movie.
