Full time Developer for New Site

Looking for a full-time web developer for a new music site. You must be able to do the following tasks and continually upgrade and improve their efficiency: -PSD to HTML (PSD's provided) -Paypal Pro shopping cart creation (PSD's provided) -Dropbox API integration -Process automation (emails, account creation, Dropbox sync, etc) -Flash/mysql based script development (for client login areas) The chosen provider must be available for 40 hours/week and be able to use Skype and team-viewer for work monitoring. The main thing we are looking for is someone with a good sense of style, a great grasp on modern web design practices, and a very very good knowledge of automation practices/techniques. The skills that we are looking for are; HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL Jquery optional but not required skills include: Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Dreamweaver, Wordpress Joomla , C, Java, Visual Basic 6.0 Please include the words "Little cricket" in all bids and pm's to ensure that you have fully read this project
