Hostgator hosting & Web design site

I have a Hostgator reseller account. I need someone to set the whole thing up for me. This will include designing the home page, the payment gateways, generating appropriate emails for new customers, reneweal reminders etc. It will be linked in with selling the Domain. Hostgator already supply a lot of this with their service so if it is there no need to reinvent the wheel. The important thing is that the whole thing will run automatically. I would prefer someone who has already set up a hosting business site and knows all the pitfalls.
