Membership database XML interface

Using the system, an applicant will enroll his/her credentials in the web interface. After enrolling the data (or having it passed via an XML feed from a partner), the CUSTOMER will use the web interface to initiate an Identification Check through the system’s key component, the Transaction Manager. The Identification Check will confirm that the applicant’s Name, Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth (DOB), address (ADD) are valid, current and accurate. This task will be confirmed by transmitting the applicant’s data via the XML interface to a partner system where the applicant’s data is compared to public records database. The results of the check are transmitted from the partner database back to the Transaction Manager and stored in a local database. Once confirmed, the validated identity is re-submitted (where required) to the Third Party System to re-confirm the information as part of an on-going monitoring process. Transaction history is required for all enrollments, and monitoring activity. More detailed specifications are available on request. This application MUST be written using standard ASP v.3.0 (not ASP.net) as our servers do not support this. Also, the database for the back-end MUST be an Access database that is created as part of the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. This code MUST operate on Windows 2000 IIS using standard ASP v.3.0. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) All code developed must be delivered with full documentation for each function/class object used. ## Platform Windows 2000 Server IIS / ASP v.3.0 is REQUIRED. No exceptions! We will NOT be using ASP.NET due to server requirements. Web interface should be HTML / Flash ... No JAVA on the user interface due to client constraints.
