354199 Mortgage Calculate (Canadian)

I would like to duplicate the functionality of a given website calculator from: Genworth [dot] ca > English > Tools > Calculators > Mortgage Planning This calculator is programmed in Flash. I would like 2 versions, the first as Flash and the Second as PHP. The requirements of this project: 1. The calculator must duplicate the functionality of the one on the above mentioned site. Including the options of what to calculate for (payment, mortgage amount or amortization). 2. The Calculator will be branded with my logo and website names and a different picture will be provided. 3. The calculator must include an animated graph and the option to print out the amortization schedule (payment schedule) with the graph as the example does. 4. The calculator must calculate all things correctly. Payment will not be made unless the calculator is fully functional and meets the above criteria. 5. The source code must be delivered with the final product. 6. No "Powered by" messages can be embedded into the calculator. Please don't make a bid that you cannot keep. If you are not qualified to complete the above project, then don't bid. This is not a project for you to *learn* how to do something. I'm looking for experienced people. Payment will be made via ScriptLance Escrow. NO Amount will be transferred upfront due to previous bad experiences. I will transfer 50% of the agreed upon amount into Escrow once 50% of the project is complete. When the project is 100% complete, I will transfer the remaining 50% of the funds into Escrow. Once the final product is delivered, I will release the funds in Escrow. No other payment arrangements will be accepted, so don't ask!
