Definitions: CSR: Customer service rep who takes postcard orders via phone (80%) enters them into an web-based online order system. DME: plant in Daytona, FL that produces the post card to print. OBJECTIVE: supply our CSR people with a web based order form that generated the order to the DME plant in a PDF file. Process: Via online or offline customer or CSR 1. website order form: (a). selects postcard image selection: (b).provides textbox within the selected image- CSR fills in text script. (c). CSR completes the remaining form: quantity, color, address, etc. (d). Submit button on form- attaches the customer content into a customer db/record on SQL Server. (e). customer record generates a PDF file and link (PDF file will have all the content typed into from the order form). 6. CSR logs into [login to view URL] page. view/update/release/complete order 7. CSR releases proofed order and email is sent to DME on [login to view URL] page (userid/login function) 8. DME can print/modify pdf by clicking on hyperlink in email to PDF or through DMEadminsitration.asp. *email needs to be sent to DME user to indicate new order. 9. DME notifies CSR in tampa when job is complete by email or entering [login to view URL] section of DMEAdministration.asp- and checks completed order of box which initates an email to CSR tampa "order is completed/printed". (function/feature that may require more time later versions) 10. CSR can modify status of order only before printing status completed by DME. 11. If customer is registered they can login into [login to view URL] -login and see status progress of order. (bonus feature since most of this process is for internal use not a customer function-yet) Thanks Sweetear Company ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
