Website with CSM(repost)

We have a client in the music industry looking for a new website with clean and nice design, efficient navigation and proper features. 1. PRIORITIES: a) Friendly Content System Management allowing to add, edit, delete content for any sections of the website, add pages, upload videos and music, create gallery & upload pictures, b) Newsletter subscription/registration form connected to existing MySQL database c) Mailing List Program/newsletter emailer (PHPList or similar solution) allowing to use multiple lists, send newsletter from various email address, with html editor and stats system d) RSS Feed & Bookmarks e) Several Flash banners f) Music Player Flash Complete details will be made available before project starts. We are open to script language recommendations and hosting solutions with web analytics We are looking for a quality job from start to finish done by a professional with experiences Send portefolio with similar projects if possible Advise on cost and timeframe ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
